An unusually textured expression of Albariño. There is a clear sense of unctuousness on the palate, but the wine never loses direction. Instead, it remains elegant, polished and distinctly vertical.

Sketch is one of Raúl Pérez’s most singular white wines, produced from Albariño in Rías Baixas. Its Atlantic origin provides important context for a wine that combines substantial texture with a sense of precision rather than simple richness.

That contrast is the most compelling aspect of the wine. There is weight and texture, yet the palate remains defined and composed from beginning to end. A distinctive interpretation of Albariño, showing how much structure the variety can carry while maintaining elegance.
