TCJ assessment

A remarkably clean and fluid expression of pét-nat, with expressive fruit and a sense of precision that gives the wine a particularly clear profile. There is good concentration, but freshness keeps the overall expression light and energetic.

The bubbles are fine and well integrated, adding texture without overwhelming the fruit. Balance is one of its strongest qualities, with fruit, freshness and effervescence working naturally together.

Its combination of fruit concentration, freshness and fine bubbles also gives it a distinctly gastronomic character, working particularly well with aperitifs and fried dishes. A precise and very well-made pét-nat with clarity and personality.
