The palate is shaped more by autolytic character than by fruit intensity, bringing complexity and texture to an otherwise delicate profile. Acidity remains well integrated, keeping the wine fresh and composed throughout.

This is not a Champagne built around concentration. Its appeal comes instead from balance, freshness and its more developed autolytic dimension, resulting in a subtle and well-defined expression.
