TCJ assessment

A complex and vinous rosé Champagne, showing a riper expression of fruit alongside pronounced notes of bread and pastry. There is a sense of development here, adding depth without taking away from the freshness of the wine.

The palate is generous but well controlled. Ripe fruit remains at the center, supported by balanced acidity that keeps the wine composed and energetic. The combination of fruit, maturity and savory complexity gives it considerably more dimension than a straightforward rosé Champagne.

There is already a clear sense of evolution, yet the fruit remains expressive and well defined. A distinctive expression of Bouzy, with richness balanced by enough freshness to maintain precision.
