Saline, fresh and sharply acidic, with restrained tropical fruit and a distinctive Atlantic personality.

A white with considerable personality, defined first by salinity, freshness and pronounced acidity. The profile is energetic and direct, with the Atlantic character of the wine taking precedence over simple fruit expression.

There is tropical fruit underneath, but it remains restrained by the acidity rather than becoming ripe or expansive. This tension gives the palate direction and keeps the wine focused from beginning to end.

Salinity and acidity ultimately provide its identity. Fresh, distinctive and highly individual, this is a white whose character comes as much from its tension and sense of place as from the fruit itself.
