**TCJ assessment**

A ripe and generous Chardonnay in which oak plays a dominant role, frequently sitting ahead of the fruit rather than supporting it. The result is broad and immediately expressive, but with less fruit definition than expected.

The palate follows the same direction. Acidity feels relatively restrained, while the combination of ripe fruit and oak creates an impression of sweetness and additional weight.
